The “America’s Next Top Model” babe smiled brightly as she posed with Minnie Mouse while sporting a stylish new Disney couture mouse ear hat at the Lake Buena Vista, Florida locale. And it seems Tyra was inspired to lose 30 pounds after some less-than-flattering pictures of her on holiday in Mexico surfaced last month. An insider told press, “Tara did 30 minutes of high intensity cardio – running, circuit training and spinning – and weights every day. She also mixed in yoga, Pilates and boxing. Watching TV in the evening, she’d do 20 push-ups, 50 crunches and maybe some squats. By early August her measurements were about 38-26-39 – perfect for her frame.” |
